1. Who we are

At Peace ("we", "us") is an aftercare coordination platform operated by Aftercare Connect. These Terms govern your use of the At Peace website and services (the "Service").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By registering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Do not share your password. Notify us right away at support@atpeace.example if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload unlawful content, impersonate others, or attempt to circumvent access controls. Case data belongs to the family and the affiliated funeral home; do not share it outside the people authorized on the case.

5. Content and files

You retain ownership of the documents and information you upload. You grant us the limited right to store, display, and process it so we can operate the Service for you and the people you invite to your case.

6. Availability and disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do our best to keep it running smoothly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. At Peace is a coordination tool — it is not a substitute for legal, medical, or financial advice.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that put the safety of other users at risk.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are material we will notify you by email or in-app before they take effect.
